It's no joke! I posted a cartoon of mine earlier---whole body air bag for cyclists. Shortly after beginning my hobby as a scooterist, I thought about the reality of how vulnerable I was. Even at 35 mph I thought: What if I fell of this bike??? With that thought in mind I posted an absurd cartoon about a balloon-like whole body device, deployed at impact. Turns out there really is such a thing! Someone designed an air bag jacket. Here's the link.
